Aleksander Błoński (ur. 1949), profesor zwyczajny łódzkiej Szkoły Filmowej.

Specjalizuje się w fotografii mody (między 1969 a 1970 rokiem fotografował modę dla legendarnego magazynu „Ty i Ja”), portrecie i pejzażu. Pracował również jako fotosista teatralny, wykonując zdjęcia do 70 spektakli. W latach 90. pisał felietony dla „Gazety Wyborczej”, magazynu „Bestseller”, „Pozytyw” i „Kroniki miasta Łodzi”. 

Od 1980 roku należy do Związku Polskich Artystów Fotografików (ZPAF).  W latach 1984–1985 był stypendystą Rządu Francji w École Nationale Louis Lumière
w Paryżu i w École Nationale de la Photographie w Arles.  Jego prace prezentowano na licznych wystawach indywidualnych i zbiorowych.

Doceniając znaczenie jego twórczości przyznano mu medal 150-lecia Fotografii, ZG ZPAF (1989), nagrodę specjalną Warszawskiego Cechu Fotografów (1993) oraz medal Zasłużony Działacz Kultury (1998).

Aleksander Błoński (born in 1949), full professor at the Łódź Film School.

He specializes in fashion photography, portraits and landscapes. In 1969 and 1970, he photographed fashion for the legendary magazine, Ty i Ja. He also worked as a theatre stills photographer, having taken photographs for 70 shows. In the 1990s, he wrote columns for Gazeta Wyborcza and Bestseller, Pozytyw, Kronika Miasta Łodzi magazines.      

Since 1980, he has been a member of the Union of Polish Photography Artists (ZPAF).  In the years 1984–1985, he was a scholarship holder of the French Government at the École Nationale Louis Lumière in Paris and at the École Nationale de la Photographie in Arles. His works have been presented at numerous individual and collective exhibitions.

In appreciation of his work, he was awarded the Medal of the 150th Anniversary of Photography, ZG ZPAF (1989), the Special Award of the Warsaw Photographers' Guild (1993) and the Meritorious Culture Activist medal (1998).
